How does aluderm⁺work?

As soon as the special aluminium-coated surface of aluderm+ touches the wound, something crucial happens: fluid from the wound is immediately transferred through this smooth layer into the highly absorbent layer underneath, where it is securely retained.

The surface itself remains smooth and clean – it does not stick to the wound. This means, when changing the bandage, the new and sensitive tissue remains untouched and the wound layer can be taken off in a gentle and almost painless manner. This ensures uninterrupted wound healing.

In addition, aluderm+ protects against hard scab formation, supports the natural healing process and reduces the risk of unpleasant scars.
